• Public Data: We aggregate publicly available reviews from platforms like Google, Yelp, DoorDash, etc. This includes reviewer names and text content.
• Usage Data: We track how you interact with our dashboard (via Google Analytics).

2. How We Use Data

To provide the Service (aggregating reviews), generate AI responses (using OpenAI API), and send operational emails (via SendGrid).

3. Data Sharing (Sub-Processors)

We share data only with essential service providers: OpenAI (AI Generation), Stripe (Payments), SendGrid (Email), Google Analytics (Tracking). We do not sell your data to advertisers.

4. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@forgeinc.ltd.

5. Public Data Disclaimer

ReviewReport indexes content that is already public. If a review is deleted on the source platform, it may eventually be removed from our system during synchronization, but we do not guarantee real-time deletion.
