1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReviewReport ("Service"), provided by Forge Software ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReviewReport is a reputation management tool that aggregates public reviews from third-party platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.) and provides AI-generated draft responses. We do not own the data on third-party platforms.

3. Accounts & Subscription

• Billing: The Service is billed on a recurring monthly basis ($30/month). You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via the Dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of any replies you post. Our AI suggestions are drafts, not legal advice. You must review them before posting. You represent that you own or are authorized to manage the business profiles you connect.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated text, changes to third-party platform APIs that may interrupt scraping, or any loss of profit or reputation resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the API, scrape our data, or violate these Terms.
